Reading + Writing = Learning in the Disciplines
Join us for a Faculty Center and Writing Center classic.

September 17 -- 19, 2008
9 am -- 2 pm
In the new Writing Center, 2919 University Library

Attend 1, 2, or 3 days.

Day 1: Helping students read difficult texts
Day 2: Reading and writing assignment
design in your discipline
Day 3: Responding effectively and efficiently
to student writing

Faculty Learning Community

Faculty Learning Community: DOLCE Program For Medium to High-Enrollment Courses
The intention of this program is to support the development of online and blended learning courses that will impact medium to high enrollment courses and content that may be taught by multiple instructors. In addition to faculty, the course development effort will include instructional designers and instructional technologists from I&IT and librarians to create an online or blended learning environment.
